This exhibit was based on the work of José Pérez de Arce, a museographer with the Museum who has also studied and produced indigenous music professionally. In 1994, Pérez de Arce traveled around the country with the support of Fundación Andes to make recordings of indigenous music and language. The exhibit was sponsored by Fondart and was mounted as a sound installation that was complemented with recordings of endangered animals.
