This exhibit was part of the Arte-Encuentro program, and brought together a group of textile artists to reinterpret pieces in the Museum’s collection as a way of re-valuing our pre-Colombian textile heritage. The experience culminated in an exhibit with 22 pieces–including works by Patricia Velasco, Paulina Brugnoli and Inge Dussi. The event was organized to honor the deceased architect Alberto Piwonka and his work in the area of textile design.
