This exhibit of original paintings by the Tiwi artists of northern Australia was organized by Artbank with the support of several indigenous associations of that country. The exhibit came to Chile as part of a world tour, and gave the Museum’s visitors a chance to explore works not usually present in our institution and to experience how traditional indigenous art and contemporary art can be brought into relation creatively.
